1 Ad = $50 per month

2 Ads = $45 each per mon.

3-10 Ads = $125/mon.

11-25 Ads =$145/mon.

26-50 Ads = $195/mon.

51-99 Ads = $245/mon.

100+ Ads = $295/mon.

Seller's Fees

Commission Fees

• 4.9% Commission Fee will apply to the first 25 clients to listing 10 pieces of equipment each with at least $10,000 per equipment.
• 5.9% Commission Fee will apply to all auction sells thereafter

Ownership Verification and Lien Search Fee

• $100 per equipment

Inspection Fee

• $400 per equipment

• $1,000 Default Penalty on auction equipment sales prices and/or purchase prices of $10,000 or less
• $2,500 Default Penalty on auction equipment sales prices and/or purchase prices of $10,001 - $25,000
• $5,000 Default Penalty on auction equipment sales prices and/or purchase prices of $25,001 - $50,000
• $10,000 Default Penalty on auction equipment sales prices and/or purchase prices of $50,001 & above

• $50 Transaction Fee on $999 & below purchases
• $100 Transaction Fee on $1,000 - $5,000 purchases
• $250 Transaction Fee on $10,000 - $25,000 purchases
• $500 Transaction Fee on $25,000 - $50,000 purchases
• $750 Transaction Fee on $50,000 - 250,000 purchases

Processing Fees

• Escrow Service = Plus, a 1% Processing Fee
• Credit Cards = Plus, a 3% Processing Fee

Default Fees (See Below)

• $1,000 Default Penalty on auction equipment sales prices and/or purchase prices of $10,000 or less
• $2,500 Default Penalty on auction equipment sales prices and/or purchase prices of $10,001 - $25,000
• $5,000 Default Penalty on auction equipment sales prices and/or purchase prices of $25,001 - $50,000
• $10,000 Default Penalty on auction equipment sales prices and/or purchase prices of $50,001 & above

Default Fee will apply when the followings occurs:

If, for any reason, the seller withdraws a piece of equipment listed in an auction from the Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. website after the time of equipment listing but before either the reserve is met or the auction closes, the seller agrees to pay Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. a Default Fee equivalent to the greater of 2% of the Reserve Price - set by the seller or  $50.

If, for any reason prior to the auction close, Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. removes equipment from an auction due to seller's violation of the Auction Consignment Agreement, the seller agrees to pay Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. the Default Fee prior to auction close. 

If, for any reason, the seller withdraws a piece of equipment or causes Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. to withdraw their equipment in violation of the Seller Consignment Auction Agreement listed in an auction after the Seller Reserve Price is met, the seller agrees to pay Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. a Default Fee equivalent to the Commission Fee of the winning auction closing price as if the Equipment were sold, as well as the Listing Fee. 

If, for any reason, the seller withdraws a piece of equipment listed in an auction from the Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. website after the time of equipment listing but before the auction closes, the seller agrees to pay Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. a Default Fee equivalent to the Listing Fee plus the greater of the commission fee for the opening bid - set by Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. or the commission fee for the highest bid submitted on the equipment to the Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. website.

If, for any reason prior to the auction close, Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. removes equipment from an auction due to the seller's violation of the Auction Consignment Agreement, the seller agrees to pay Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. the Default Fee Prior to Featured Auction Close. 

If, for any reason, the seller operates, leases, rents, modifies, uses or allows equipment sold in an Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. auction to be altered at any point between the time of equipment listing and buyer removal of the equipment from the seller's location, the seller agrees to pay Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. a Default Fee equivalent to the commission fee of the final sale price as if the equipment were sold, as well as any unpaid listing fee. In addition, if the equipment has been delivered to the buyer, the seller also will be responsible for any and all transportation and freight costs associated with the delivery of the equipment to the buyer's location and the removal of the equipment from the buyer's location. In either case, title and/or ownership will not transfer to the buyer and the seller shall not receive any of the proceeds associated with the sale.

If, for any reason, after Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. has notified the Seller of receipt of full payment from the Buyer and at least one two (2) business day after the close of an auction, the Seller either does not have their equipment in a "ready" condition for transport or delays the release of their equipment to the Buyer's scheduled common carrier or other Buyer conveyance, the Seller shall be responsible for full payment of any additional expenses incurred by the Buyer and/or Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. due to Seller delay. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, transportation cancellation or re-scheduling fees, transportation delay fees, and hourly or daily average rental cost of equivalent replacement equipment for the buyer, including loading, unloading and transportation costs. Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. may assess a Default Fee at its discretion. These additional expenses will be deducted from the proceeds of sale after Buyer acceptance, but prior to transferring payment to the Seller.

If, for any reason, the seller fails to release equipment sold in an Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. auction to the Buyer's scheduled common carrier or other Buyer conveyance, or if the seller is incapable or releasing the equipment, the Seller agrees to pay to Used Heavy Equipment For Sale, Inc. a Default Fee  equivalent to the commission fee of the winning auction closing price as if the equipment were sold, as well as the listing fee.

If, for any reason, the buyer fails to submit full payment within two (2) business days at the close of the auction for the equipment their winner bid won then, the buyer agrees to pay a Default Fee equivalent to the commission fee of the winning auction closing price when sold, as well as the listing fee.
