User Agreement The text below is our user site agreement. These are the terms and conditions required for access to our site. Please read completely before deciding to agree or disagree with these terms. Additional ways to marketing your used heavy equipment inventory: classified ads, a directory listing and banner ads. As a visitor you can browse our auction listings, classified ads as well as our directory listings as you wish BUT in order to bid or list an auction, create an classified ad or a directory listing first you must register with us.  Our Terms & Conditions MUST be accepted during this registration and abided by ALL registered users or Used Heavy Equipment For Sale can and will revoke the registered users' privileges.  Please review the following pages so, you understand our rules, regulations, fees & procedures. Buyers & Sellers: Privacy Policy Terms & Conditions Financial Application for Prospective Buyers Fees & Penalties  Listing Form for Online Auctions &/or Classified Ads DISCLAIMER: All "prospective Used Heavy Equipment For Sale online auction bidders/buyers" are required to register at least 24 Hours prior to the upcoming auctions. All bidders or potential internet buyers "MUST" provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee. All Letters must be faxed back to our TOLL FREE number at 1-800-443-9928. This Letter "MUST" indicate that the bidder (potential auction buyer) is an internet buyer. The Letter must be as follows: “Mr. (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank/financial institute, (bank name). We, (bank name/financial institute), will guarantee the payment of checks or wire on his/her account (account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at your Used Heavy Equipment For Sale's online auction on (Auction Date). We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter.” All "sellers" will gain access into their account once they have properly registered so, they can make changes to their account when necessary or to add more inventory when necessary but they will "NOT" have access to bidding until the seller has faxed us a Bank Letter of Guarantee from their bank/financial institute. This is a REQUIRED step before any bidding access can be granted.
